I placed an order for a 3D printer and my payment went through right away via PayPal. They processed my order in just 2 days. After waiting for 2 weeks, I shot them an email to ask about my printer. They informed me that, upon checking their stock, they actually had none available. I was told I’d be added to the priority shipping list and that my printer would arrive between late December and early January. The next email said it would be delivered between January 10 and 15. I ordered on December 15, 2022, and as of January 24, 2023, I still haven’t received my printer, and now Zander isn’t even responding to my emails. Looks like I’ll have to file a dispute with PayPal.

This place is a total scam. Seriously, steer clear! Their customer service is not truthful and hardly ever replies. PAYPAL 'EXPRESS' is a shady payment option! If you go for a refund, they’ll try to take more money from your account. The item I got was broken, and no one gets back to you. Don't fall for those 'amazing deals'—they're usually a trap. Just like others have said before: you can't trust these folks.

The customer service is not trustworthy. I inquired before making my order about whether the item was still in stock in Europe and if the pricing was accurate. They assured me it was all good. But then, just three days after I bought it, I received an email saying the item was out of stock. They offered me the option to pick something else or get a refund. I declined because I really wanted that specific item. Now, three weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund. Thankfully, I used PayPal for the payment. However, the seller isn't responding in the PayPal resolution center. What's more, you can still buy this item on their website even though it's marked as 'sold out.' This makes me think it wasn't just an oversight; it feels like a ploy to push people into buying items they have in stock. Many folks might not want to wait for a refund and would rather accept a different product. Just don't trust these guys.

I got the Ortur Laser Master 2 S2 Laser Engraver Cutter Kit from this place because they had the best deals and offered free shipping. I was shocked at how quickly it showed up. FedEx said it would be here on Thursday, but it actually arrived on Monday morning, way ahead of schedule. I’ll definitely be coming back for more; their prices are great, the shipping is speedy, and they respond fast when I have questions. They’re fantastic! Whenever I had inquiries, I shot them an email, and they got back to me in just a few hours. They're super keen on assisting their customers. I'm definitely gonna get my future printers from them, and I wholeheartedly suggest their shop and services to anyone looking to buy a 3D printer.

Their shipping info is pretty deceptive. I placed my order on January 16, and by January 21, it still showed as accepted, so I shot them an email. Around 3 AM EST, I got a reply saying they'd have tracking details by January 26, with delivery expected between January 31 and February 2. Their site claims shipping takes 3-6 days. Plus, if they're really based in Oregon, why are they replying at such odd hours? I suspect they might actually be operating out of China with a fake front in the US.

I recently got a Flashforge Finder 3D printer. It showed up super fast. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet since it's a Christmas present for my son. The package was in great shape and really well protected.
Before I made the purchase, I was a bit unsure about which model to go for, but the customer service team was awesome in helping me figure out what I needed. I definitely recommend this shop.

I got the Laser just a few days post-order. This machine has been talked about a lot on YouTube, and honestly, it’s way better than I thought it would be for the cost. The Z-lift was delayed, but it finally arrived. 3D printers kept up with everything and were in touch with the manufacturer regularly. I’d definitely buy from 3D printers again.
